It is SOOO funny how you guys get on here as ANONYMOUS and try to figure out who is doing the complaining. Is this your way of trying to fix the issues or for future revenge' I think this website gives that answer because CLEARLY the issues have not been fixed. Instead of spending your paid working hours playing on this website maybe you should think about actually working and making your renters happy.

One question: (but certainly not the only)
How can I be charged for new carpet if when I moved in the carpet wasn't new'

TO ALL THE RENTERS AND PAST RENTERS:
Isn't there something that can be done about this place and these people' There are plenty of us out there to make a difference. Just think of how much money they have made off of false accusations of renters and just plain sitting on their A**ES not fixing things and pocketing the money.

----1280, My wife and I have called, not only here but the person above ------ as well...he is equally useless and does not return calls. We are moving, and two of our neighbors are moving...all within the next two months. Complaining is only helpful if the person or people care about you or your complaints. I was told recently that this place is 90% full?!?!?! Full of what? Garbage, residents that fix their cars in the parking lot, residents that have a meat/jerky maker on the deck, office personnel that don't care, etc. There is NO possible way this place is even near capacity...especially since the parking lots in most areas(except for a few builings) are almost empty at night. Also, what are your thoughts on that front gate? I think it is really making progress, soon they might actually all close at once...lol. I think the best thing to advise is to have as many people move when their lease is finished.

I would like to add: Tell everyone you know and don't know about how terrible this place is ( I do it all the time), complain to the better business bureau, post your reviews on every review website you can find. Lets hope that eventually their terrible reputation will put them out of business. Although I think it is headed that way with the litigation that's going on right now.

You may just want to follow-up and make sure you are not renting one of these apartments if you have not been notified. There are more in forclosure than stated in the article. I would not expect any major improvements in the future until this mess is resolved. Why close the exit gate and leave the entrance gate open???

----, You are not one of my tenants. That is good to know. You assume eronneously that we are management. Sometimes owners are just checking behind management. We want to be sure our tenants are not inconvenienced and are treated well. There are other owners that are not in the ------ group. My heart goes out to the ------ owners. I hope all goes win/win for all owners and all tenants at the Fairways. Perhaps seeing an entirely positive picture would be beneficial to all. The best of all worlds would be to see exactly what would be best for all. The Fairways will remain greatly occupied due to the post Ike scenario. Let's see it as fairness for all in happy tenants and owners. Then no one has to move and be inconvenienced. Most people do not even know about this website so best is see a great future for all. Check out the movie "The Secret". Everyone attracts their experiences. What you focus on you attract. What would you like to attract? Resolution and Joy, or......

This is pretty immature if this really is coming from the real management. It also just made my decision a lot easier. It sounds very petty over there. It's time to put on the big girl and boy britches and learn some people skills. And I'm also getting a better idea of what the office staff is doing all day at work if they think other people are getting on this website at work.
