It seems that mostly negative comments are left on this website - not sure why. My husband and I have just signed our second lease at the Fairways and it has been a great experience. The once or twice we had a maintenance issue they have been there immediately and the staff are very helpful. --------------------- went out of their way to help us recently. The Fairways does not deserve all this negativity I read here, it's clean, quiet and friendly.

To be honest this sounds like staff or friends of staff trying to slow the tide of truth a bit. Not surprising really considering all the legal theft and fraud cases going on. IF THIS POST IS GENUINE then I am sure folks will agree that it's good for you and are happy you haven't had the same type of experiences that the MAJORITY have had. The office staff are BAD especialy -------------------------(?).

We are not related to anyone connected to the Fairways. However I do know that about 1/4 of the units were owned by one particular company that went bankrupt and their apartments went into foreclosure. We rent from the company that owns the remaing units and we do not have any complaints at all.

I would hardly call getting evicted and foreclosed on a Positive Experience. A management company that secures loans with condos it doesn't own is hardly a poster child. A management company that knows a foreclosure is coming, but doesn't notify the tenants isn't my idea of a company that I choose to do business with. A management company that holds on to deposts past the legal timeframe is someone that should be praised?
For the record - my review was straight foward with only facts and my opionins was clearly noted and based on the facts

I'm not affiliated with this property yet but I've worked in property management for years and years. I find that it's usually people who didn't pay their bills that have negative things to say about a property. I'm just saying...
