I caught this Web site by acident so I thought I would look up my home. I have lived at Jordan Cove since it opened and not once have I had any probles much less the CRAP others have written on here. Perhaps people wouldn't cut there foot on glass if they didn't throw trash out for maangement to clean. We residents need to keep the place clean as well and take pride in where we live. The ones who have wrote CRAP on here are probable the ones who violate there lease, dont pay rent on time, go into the office yelling and screaming at the manager when she is just trying to do her job. Then they wonder why she dont want to deal with them when they act like animals. I am sure that if the ones who wrote this CRAP on here would pay there rent on time and act like normal people they would not have those problems. My hat is off to the manager for getting rid of dead beats and keeping the place clean. We used to have overflowing dumpsters and trash everywhere and a dirty pool. This is no longer the case. Genny is an excellent manager and has done a great job in making a difference. If you are a resident who hates Jorda Cove than pack your bags because your probably a dead beat that I am spending my money on for the manager to have to deal with. Jordan Cove is wonderful dont believe what you here or read, look for yourself!

I just want you to know that I did live there for a little over a year and did not have ANY problems until management changed. My self or my family did not drink beer therefore we could not have possibley left broken beer bottles on the opposit side of our unit for my son to cut his foot on. I am happy for you if you have never had any problems but some of us did incounter problems after Charla left and it was not because we did not pay our rent, or because we went into the office yelling at anyone...It is because management sucked and would not do their job right. My kids were constantly sick from all of the mold in our apartment and no matter how many times I cleaned the mold, it just kept coming back. Managements solution to this...."well there is nothing I can do about it except tell you to clean it!" To this day my kids who were sick once a year are now sick about 10 months out of the year. If you think living in an apartment community with drugs and violence is such a good place to live then I would like to know what you do for a living or should I say what you "don't do". I was there when people were shot and seriousley injured. Hell it was the apartment on the opposit side of the unit I lived in and the bullets could have gone through my childrens bedrooms. So if that to you is safe than you can stay there. For those of us who did not feel safe, we packed our bags and ran like hell for our safety and the safety of our children!!! I would never refer anyone to this apartment complex even if it was their last option!

My niece lives there and it is really bad. No one should live there ever because it's not a safe place to live. When she was coming home one night from work, neighbors downstairs from her were shooting. Her apartment reeks from mold also. When she's not home, maintennance comes in and roams around her place unattended, and leaves lights on and closes her bedroom door to make her think someone is there, and they leave the front door unlocked for anyone to come in and have whatever they want out of her apartment. She wants to move badly but don't want to break her lease. I don't like it cause when I come to visit her people are always hanging out on the stairs and you have to litterly step over people to get up the stairs, and the weed smoke is not good, especially when you have a little baby with you. We have complained numerous times and nothing seems to be done about the situation. They always say things that sounds good and kinda make you stay but like I say things aren't being done about anything. The property is never clean, and the trash is still over flowing as usual, and that's unsanitary for anybody especially for kids who wants to play outside. Something needs to be done about the situation and fast!!!!!
