Do they inspect your drawers and closets'

I've lived in townhouses before and every 6 months they would do an inspection.
Does Jordan Cove do inspections' I can understand checking to see if a fire alarm works but do they go through your drawers and open closets''
I love the price, rec room, pool and square footage.
I can live with the mold as long as I stay away from it.
Also are you allowed to change your door handles with a key lock and keep the apartment furnishings safe until your lease is up' I want my room safe.
Sounds like a little bit of violence..
