I pulled into the entrance just to turn around and was blocked by a maintenance man, Robert, who was backing out of the entrance in his golf cart and started yelling at me to back out into traffic and "do not drive on my property!" is what he told me when I was just trying to turn around and leave. He would not move his golf cart and continued to yell at me and told me "I'm not moving my cart", I mean, really' are you 5 years old' wow, I was just shocked at how rudely I was treated, I've never been treated like this in my life!!!! When I dropped my family off at home I went back to file a complaint to the manager and get the phone number for corporate and there was another lady in the office making the exact same complaint, about how rudely she was treated by Robert!! I couldn't believe it! Then after talking with the manager I was given a local number for corporate and tried calling it when I got home and it was a number that was not in service, again, WOW! I tried calling back and got nothing, so I looked up vestcor (their parent corporate company) online and will be filing a report with them. If anyone needs this number it is located in Jacksonville, FL and is (904) 260-3030. Very unprofessional staff and very rude, I could not believe it!
