today there was a drive by shooting right where my kids play. manager is a -----. there is mold. maintnance sucks as well.

There was no drive by, before you start putting wrong info here get the story straight,it was an isolated shooting with in the family,I would suggest you and anyone else that wanted to live here get a report reguarding Jordan cove from Leage city police dept, I have lived here with just me and my daughter for almost a year and 1/2, and they have made major changes to this place in the last year ,new staff,manager,new maintenance,new play equipment,new weight room also new parking lot lights this is a great place to live for the price.And there is no more crime here then any other apartment complexes in this area check the stats! If it's so bad why would you still live here and subject your kids to danger it can't be that bad your still here!
