When I first chose to move in this place. I liked it because they discriminated against the very same people whom I will most definitely pay top dollar to segregate myself from. Management has since lowered their standards and will let anyone move in here. I mean it! This property is crawling with people who belong in trailer parks. Outside my door is a high traffic area I m always picking up other peoples trash. If you own a nice vehicle, it wont be nice after parking here for a few months. My a/c is pieced together with junk parts. My dishwasher never worked. I'm paying extra for hard wood floors that are installed in my place. The floor was most definitely installed by their ---------------- maintenance man. It has huge gaps in between the boards that cut your feet when you walk on it. This is just an example of how half assed everything maintenance attempts to do around here turns out. I had some storm damage to my walls. Instead of opening walls, removing moisture and spraying mold preventative. Their idea of a repair was smearing a thick coat of caulk with a spoon and applying a fresh coat of paint. I have been in and out of the doctors office steady because of that mold crap. The parking lots are full of cars that don't belong there. The maintenance man has about four or five piles of ---- out there plus a boat. He also has his balcony decorated with trash. It has been there for years! Everyone pays about $30 dollars a month for water when it should be closer to $12. This is just an example of some of the -------- that goes on around here. Making complaints doesn't do a damn bit of good, because they never go higher than the manager ----. And just so you know what I'm about. My credit score is perfect. My rent payment is always on time. I am the perfect tenant. That is until I started talking to my neighbors. I'm not the only one who is fed up with this --------. The only way I would consider staying is if they fired all the staff and started over fresh.
