My husband and I have lived here for about 3 years. It is a very nice place to live. It's mostly quiet, no kids running around, wonderful views of South Shore area, nice landscaping, close to the Fitness Center, very close to Kemah Waterfront. This is the best place we have lived. We would like to stay but the rent is really going up. That is the worst part. It is expensive. The water bill is high for an apartment and so is the electric bill. Parking is a problem if you are in the corners area. If you get home from work early you can claim your spot and stay there. Other than those few things, it is a really great place.
