I love the view! The balcony is large enough to enjoy with friends and the view of the marina can?t be beat. The apartment is showing its age. Progress was being made to work on this (exterior was just painted) but nothing in the last few months. Maintenance is great when needed. Older appliances & AC make electric bills very high, check with Texas New-Mexico for averages. I've also blown my main breaker 3 times. Had to find it and reset myself. Electrical outlets are loose and intermittent.

Noise level stinks. Never hear next door neighbors but the upstairs sound is awful. They shower every day at 11pm then again at 4am... urgh!

Security gates are a joke. Every other night someone drives thru the gate breaking it off. Guards also wave EVERYONE thru during day hours. What?s the point'!'! I feel very safe there but my visitors have an awful time getting to me after 6pm unless the gate has been sheared off.

For Clear Lake water front, this is the best deal if you can deal with an older unit needing some TLC and the noise. Just keep the maintenance team busy... they?ll be there.
