Overall Good Experience

I lived in the Palms for 2 years. The view is awesome. The balconies are huge and great for hanging out. The office staff was always friendly and helpful and I never had to wait more than a day to have anything repaired. Downside is the apartments are older and very small. Storage space is nonexistent. Always pretty quiet in my building, but the number of partiers and children increased over the time I lived there. Oh and water (average $25-$30) and electric bills (average $100) were way too high for an apartment.
