So the Pros:
-Great Water View of the South Shore Marina, lined by Palm trees.
-Great management. Very friendly, and somehow they even know my name by face, even though I rarely see them.
-Nice pool, hot tub, and a mediocre sand volleyball court.
-Good responsiveness to issues. Stop by the office, let them know what your complaint is, and they send a maintenance person into your apartment usually the very next day to fix it.
-Very competitive rent prices. Most friends in the area seem to be paying higher rent for places that aren't quite as nice.

The Cons:
-While I think the walls are actually really good at blocking sound, the ceilings are not. I can hear the ceiling creak when my upstairs neighbor moves around (although he is pretty obese).
-"Interesting" tenants. I really hate the word white trash, but it's an apt description. And every once in a while I hear a group of wannabe gangstas thinking that it's cool to blast rap music with their 1000W car subwoofers in the parking lot for a few minutes at 2AM.
-Dog crap minefields. I love to take walks around the harbor. Just watch your step on the way there through the grass. This apartment complex allows pets, and too many people don't clean up after them.

Conclusion:
It's not a luxury apartment, but it's a nice place by my standards. Good value, good management. If you're not a super picky person I think you'll like it just fine here. Been living here almost a year and would definitely recommend.
