I agree with all the other comments. These apartments are really nice on the outside, but once you've been sucked in as a residence, all hell breaks loose. Yesterday has just made a month for my husband and I living here. We have some of the same complaints from day one still going on. Be prepared for broken promises. The maintenence sucks. If you want something done, you might as well let your kid brother or sister do the job. Maintenence tears up instead of fix things. We've complained more in a month than a resident of maybe a year would do. That's pathetic. It takes them several weeks to get a job done. If you're told a deadline, it's a lie...add two weeks to it. It's all about $$$$$. The residents don't mean a thing to them. My advice to you if you take this route, record everything on paper, as well as camera or video recorder.
