I don t think any resident would question the appearence of the apartment units, they *were* very nice. That wasnt the problem.

BTW,

The author of the "Fabulous Experience!!!" post is either
(a) a web "troll" -- how pathethic is it to troll a renters board, anyway'
(b) Ed himself (he really needs to invest time running the complex rather than surfing the web, really)

The management at WO is very slow to make repairs. Ed tries to be nice and pleasant, but he doesnt get anything done. Krista is a stuck-up witch.

Even something as simple as getting the apartment sprayed for bugs took about 3 weeks. Each week theyd tell us the Bug guy would be in, and he was a no-show.

The dishwasher stayed broken for a year or longer.

A neighbor was having to brush her teeth from the bathtubs faucet because Ed and Co. would not fix the broken bathroom faucet. More examples could be cited, but you get the idea.
