Worst place I have ever lived!!!

This is the worst place I have ever lived.
The apartments are very pretty, the maintenance is TERRIBLE! The kitchen sink and door to the laundry room were broken through my entire lease. I called DAILY to get them repaired but maintenance never showed up.
When I moved in they "lost" my lease, and when I moved out, the employee accepting my keys and forwarding address didn't turn them in to management. They attempted to sue me for rent for a month AFTER my lease was over and I had moved out (I had to clear this up with the court in League City). They didn't return my deposit until several months (and several calls!) after I moved out.
Before I moved in I was told that high speed internet was available, however neither Roadrunner or DSL was available on the property.
The office staff is lazy, the residents are trashy, and the gates are always broken.
AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!
