I lived here for the first six months of 2006. I have to admit being wary of this property despite the assurances of the "New" Management that things were improving... We rented a unit that was in desperately bad condition with the understanding that it would look like the model when we arrived. It did, and the management has fulfilled all their promises to date. No significant problems existed in our unit and it had new carpet and paint just like they said. It was clean too. Painting appears to have begun on the outside of the units. The fences are being repaired. Garbage is collected and not piling up. There looked to be still some problem tenants here (noisy, kinda scary looking people), but saw a constable handing out eviction notices frequently... overall, I feel that improved massively while we were here.

Update Moveout Summer 2006 - Fences, driveways, landscaping all have been repaired. Not impressed with access to fitness center and "business center" (management uses it and discourages use by everyone else.... use of either was not allowed outside mgt hours.) Most of the deadbeats have been evicted. All promises made to us have been kept. I am moving out satisfied. I am not management and these folks have a lot more improvements to make, but they DO seem to be serious about making this a better place. Overall a good experience. Based on my experience I would move here again.
