Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I lived here for 3 years and the new management is not good. They are not nice and do not do anything to help you when things need to bee taken care of. They fired the old maintenance man and hired this new guy that won't fix anything. It took 3 weeks for them to fix my garbage disposal. Not only that but there are much nicer and cheaper places to move in the area. They raised my rent right when they got in management when I had been paying that price for 2.5 years. Go to 7 Palms!
