I moved into this Apartment in July of 2006. I have lived here for over 6 months and I absolutely love it. I never lived here when the old management was in charge but I do know that the new management is amazing. The ladies at the front office are super nice and anytime I need assistance with anything they are always there to help. The landscaping and quality of the apartments are top notch. Anytime a light bulb burns out or etc., there is a maintenance guy at my door less than 5 minutes later. There is also at least 3 police officers that live in this apartment complex so I always feel safe. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone that is looking for an apartment in southeast Houston. This location is also amazing!! 20 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes from Galveston and 7 minutes from Kemah.

Yes, there are 3 police officers on site, but I have lived here 2 years, and most of the time when you call for a courtesy officer, they just don't respond. Understand here that the "courtesy officer" gets a break (a big one) on his rent, and yet, they don't respond. I don't really think that's fair. do you?

This is a management sales pitch... come on guys... I like your property, but you make is sound like the Taj Mahal....you people have done a good job improving the property...don't insult our intelligence by placing phoney reviews...
