I live here currently and it is a nice place but the manager and the maintenance crew are absolutely worthless, it takes at least a week to get anything done. I've lived in older, and cheaper places where the overall experience was better - with prompt maintenance and the staff didnt lie to get you out of their office. I wouldnt recommend this place if you like things to get done quickly.

Also, the grounds are nice but watchout because there is dog crap EVERYWHERE.

I have seen that they have gotten a new maintenance man. I have seen him doing more for this property than any other maintenance before. As far as the office staff, they have been nothing but nice and professional. And to your issue with the dog crap everywhere, I have seen maintenance within the past couple of weeks picking it all up. Maybe if responsible pet owners would pick up after their pet, then there would not be a problem. They even have doggie bags for the residents to use for their pets!!

Nice response management. Look, you SHOULD address peoples concerns here, but not by masquerading as a resident. Just SAY your the manager and your fixing the problem then DO IT. When I lived here that's exactly what you all were doing FIXING THE PROBLEMS, and boy were they massive. Keep up the good work, but by God we're not idiots.
