I've lived here since September 2007, and I have to say I am pretty satisfied with the experience. I had some problems with my AC when I first moved in, and they were very prompt and ended up completely replacing my thermostat, among other things. They also just installed a new dishwasher in my apartment because my old one leaked. It did take a while for it to actually get done, and there have been new girls coming in and out of the front office, but the main manager is still the same.

Its a nicely kept property that is very quiet, I have never ever had a problem with noise and I feel very safe here. The locked gate by the office does not lock anymore, but I haven't even bothered mentioning it because I feel very safe here already. The property itself has nothing surrounding it period, the only thing on this side of Wesley Dr. is the apartment complex, which helps. I rarely see people following others into the front gates too, which is a very common thing at other complexes.

Anyhow, I would recommend this place, it was on the cheaper end of the places I was looking at and I have been very satisfied with the experience.
