I agree with every other comment I've read. This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. My biggest complaint about my apartment was the plumbing. My toilet was constantly backed up. I even sent a letter to Aimco, with no response. I got so tired of maintenance never showing up to fix the problem I went out and bought a pipe snake myself. The office staff had a high turn over rate. I saw new people in the office almost every month I lived there.
