Beyond the sexual offenders, identity thefts, break-ins, crack addicts/child abusers, misc. police/fire activity, and the cute but rather large cockroaches, the place isn't that bad. It's fairly quiet and occasionally you feel like a celebrity when all the news vans take up your parking spot. But, unless you have a deep interest in saying you have ghetto experience, I don't recommend it.
