This place used to be nice. I don't know what happened, but it turned into a dump in a hurry. I think the exterminator sprays with plain water. I had them come spray weekly for 2 months and the roaches were still running out of my closets. I finally called someone else. The noise level is ridiculous - if you face the water, you have to put up with the people on their boats with their stereos all hours of the night. Most other apartments face the garages, which are very noisy, particularly when your neighbors show up drunk at 4:30 am. There was a woman mugged in the parking lot one night and drug deals rampant everywhere. Parking was a nightmare and then some. The garages leaked and I had rats in my apt and in the storage room on the patio. The final straw for me was that the grounds were not taken care of and cigarette smoke from my new neighbors came through my walls, the outlets and the ventilation system. The mgmt just gave me a bottle of air freshener. Oh, and the rent increase was more than ridiculous. It went up over $100 in a year. Considering the management and complex went to hell in that time, it sure wasn't worth the money.
