Lived in Signature Point since 2002-2006 over the years the apts and especially the mgmt staff have become the worse. The apt mgr. and asst. mgr argue with tenants. Their customer service is horrible. The make up policy as they go along based on what tenant is seeking info. This place used to be very nice until the new mgmt crew came in. Noting gets fixed, I have had a broken garbage disposal for over 3mths. I was suppose to have touch up painting and carpet cleaning upon signing a new lease, this was never done. I don't recommend anyone moving into Signature Point Apts until the mgmt crew that is here are all fired and replaced with new people.
