I've lived here for 3 years, and I must say I have no complaint. The management has always been very nice. The maintenance has always been very fast, for me they have always taken care of my concerns the same day. Its all about your attitude with people.
I have never had any noise problems, never had any parking problems, if I come home late, I know I will have to park on the Davis road side of the complex, but that is not a problem with me. Price you pay when you play! I have a water view, and have looked at other apartments in the area with water views. They are outrageous in price, and the views aren't that great. We survived hurricane Ike very well. My electricity was back on on Tuesday. We had some roof damage, but who didn't. We didn't flood. My apartment didn't have any damage.
All and all I would recommend anyone who doesn't mind apartment living, to live here.
Everyone I've met has been very friendly, but again your attitude is everything.

I disagree completely. I lived there in building 14 (at the very back) and would have to park almost at the front of the complex in order to find a parking spot. For me, parking that far way late at night wasn't safe for me. Towards the middle of my lease, I noticed that the newer tenants were tacky and inconsiderate. The atmosphere as a whole was starting to become guetto (if you will). Not to mention all the children playing in the water at the car wash and the hose was always messed up because those people didn't know how to take care of anything. Then there was the trash bins, that instead of opening the doors, the tenants would just throw their trash over the fenced in area and leave it there for the poor trash man or leave they nasty trash bags sitting in front of their apartment doors with holes all in their bags. I dont know how many times I had to spray my neighbors trash bags with bleach to rid it of bugs. I've lived in other apartments and never dealt with such inconsideration. The management and staff were very nice, but unless you live towards the front of the complex, its a pain and headache. Live towards the front or not at all. Oh and the gate is always broken
