Just two problems

I have lived here for almost a year now and have enjoyed my stay here. My apt faces the trees and the revene, so when I sit on my patio all I see is nature, very relaxing and quiet. At least around my building, neighbors are pleasant and quiet, maintenance is A , and for the most part the office personnell are friendly and helpful. I did lose a package that was delivered to the front office once, and although the package was never found, they were helpful in trying to help me find it. South shore harbor is a great area. You are close to kemah, and walmart and target are minutes away. This area of 518 is not bad about traffic either. The bathrooms are very spacious, living space very open and comfortable, my only true complaint would be closet space. There is only 1 closet in my entire apt and that is in my bedroom. Unless you count the storage closet on the patio (which in my case is being used as storage), you have nowhere to put things like your vacuum, or broom. Cant quite figure that one out. The other problem is parking. There is no assigned parking, so unless you rent a garage and are fortunate to get one of the few close to your unit, you will be walking from the back of the complex if you come home after about 9 pm. There is no assigned parking, so visitors and extra tenants can take up as many spots as they wish. Other than that, great place to live.
