Good:
safe
gate always works
clean and kept grounds
work out facility and pool arent ever really that crowded
apartments are spacious with built in desks and w/d
maintenance is very fast and helps as much as possible
right by buckey's (what more could you want)


bad:
office staff is mildly retarded
influx of spoiled noisy teenagers
no more trash pick up
expect a 300 electric bill in your one bedroom apt.
always seemed to charge me for random stuff, talked to them and got my money back.
