Great place to live with kids... - I have lived in several apartments in my life and this is by far the nicest of all of them. Sylvia and Brenda (property manager and assistant manager) are by far the most thorough and polite staff I have ever dealt with. They have a top notch maintenance crew which has a 24-hour turn around on maintenance requests (can't find that anywhere!) no!!!! Do NOT move into these apartments unless you dont have enough money to live somewhere else. yes Leander is a beautiful town but the lakeline apartments are not safe for your kids. In the past year ttheir have been two reported rapes, 3 cars broken into, and several drug busts.

RUDE,,,,RUDE!! The management and the employees are rude and very unprofessional and that includes Brenda, and the rest of them, they walk in your apartment anytime they want and they do not give you notice if they are going to and when you complain about it Brenda just says

Wish I didnt move in here. Management is THE WORST. Rude and liars.
Kids are always running around the buildings at night and you can hear them through the walls. Some guy constantly rides his motorcycle by cars and sets off their car alarms. Pool there sucks.... not even 5 ft deep.

I love the CARES team I love the CARES team here! The pool tournaments, pool party and brunch are great! My kids also get free after school care and a free summer camp this summer. I'm so thankful I live here! Thanks for putting this out there.
