LOVED it! - I have lived here for a year and I have absolutely loved it! Management is nice and rent isn't bad at all! The only downer in my opinion is that there is no longer a pool. In the summertime, that would really come in handy, but I never got to experience it. OH WELL :] I don't have trouble with neighbors and the parking troubles are minor and very rare. Loved it!!! I loved living here. The view of the pond was great and the parking was never a problem. The laundry facility was always keept clean and the manager was wonderful. The maintenance and the up keep was awsome. I miss it and if i ever move back to levelland i will go back to this
