Old and not as pictured - This complex is not all bad. They have a great rate. Beware of what direction your apartment faces. We get the sun in the morning and in the evening. In the summer (afternoon) it doesn't get below 83 in our apartment. This is the deal breaker for us. We have complained but it has not be resolved. The washer and dryer connections are on the patio.
