I moved in April 2002. I recently renewed my lease for another year. I have never had any problem with maintenance at all. Any problem I have experienced has been taken care of very quickly and always within 24 hours. The office staff are very nice and friendly and any problem I have taken to them, outside of regular maintenance problems,(i.e. neighbors etc...),they were already aware of and were able to inform me of what steps they were taking to rectify the problem. I have had relatively no problems with my neighbors and for the most part they have all been quiet, friendly people. I recall there were some pool problems last year but this year they seem to have been resolved. As far as I am concerned this is not a bad place to live, sure there are some problems with people(usually kids) revving their cars but that has happened at every apartment complex I have lived in. The only thing I percieve as a problem is that on occasion I have seen people move in who I really didn't want to live next to but I do not know how to stop that from happening it happens everywhere. This is a relatively inexpensive place to live as far as rent goes. I have lived in places that were more and less expensive and the same problems existed at those places. I believe that anyone looking for a reasonably priced, decent place to live should look here.(Especially hot women)
