Do you crave action that until now could only be found in trailer parks near the city limits'

So do we, thats why we require all oof our tenants to submit at least 3 requests before we even consider repairs.

Don't you hate parking by your apartment'
We know, thats why most of our available parking is located in the farthest point away from your new home, near the office.
But don't worry, all of our walkways are poorly lit for your inconvenience.

you can learn here, we make sure our tenants regularly drive down the wrong side of the road as well as make frequent stops in front of parked cars, in fire lanes and around corners, to obstruct passage.

We could go on and on about our total lack of competance, but we let our reputation and tenant ratings speak for us,That is, when we don't have our friends write false reviews or when we don't write them ourselves.

Seriously, I lived in this crap hole for over 2 years, and it ain't pretty.

I am ashamed to bring family or friends to this place.
There are loud fights, cops, fire and ambulance people here frequently.
There is a serious problem with car theft.
The staff is really nice but in the end they don't care about anything that goes on.
There are no attempts at regular maintanence without repeated requests.

I have lived in many apartments, and have lived in this area for the convenience for quite a long time, but I would never tell anyone to live here.

Please don't do it.
