Obviously the reason this is a "secret" is because the city of Lewisville is ashamed of these horrible apartments. My friend and I came looking here and we were horrified. The model they showed us was dirty, had peeling paint and there were stains on the counters. The office and the model smelled like cheap motel. The property was disgusting and there were countless children running around in the middle of the day. I?m glad that "well maintained trees" are important for some people, but if you?d rather have a safe, clean living environment, live somewhere else!
