I'd get a little worried about anyone who gives this place a perfect rating, but I don't mind living there.

It's not some dream place. You do have to keep your doors locked and pay attention to your surroundings, but not anymore than you would anywhere else in the Dallas area.

The management has been nice so far. And we haven't needed to ask for maintenance yet. My roommates have lived there for years and haven't had any problems.

Sure, its not the cleanest place and tejano music is not my favorite, but at least I feel reasonably safe walking to my apartment and I can sleep at night without being awakened by loud neighbors.

Maybe my standards are too low, but I like it.
