I just moved in and I'am scared!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
I just moved in about 3 days ago and the first night i was here i was up until 3:00 in the morning when i took a look outside and there was 2 hispanic male going threw every car in the parking lot then i called the police and it took them for ever to get here but they caught them in the stop light down the street.
