WORKERS AND MAINTENCE @ AUTUM BREEZE WERE ALWAYS RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL.HAD TO CALL FOR WEEKS AT A TIME TO GET SOMETHIN FIXED. ALWAYS FOUND REASONS TO CHARGE OR TO PAY FOR SOMETHIN. CRIME WAS HORRIBLE, CARS ALWAY BEING BROKEN INTO. DRUGS WERE EVERY WHERE. COPS WERE THERE EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.CRACK HEADS FAVORITE HANGOUT SPOT. POOL WAS ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE.I THINK I SWAM ONCE THERE, TRASH EVERYWHERE!!!
ONE TIME MY APPARTMENT GOT FLOODED AND I MEAN FLOODED BECAUSE OF AN UP STAIRS RESIDENTS AND THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY TO GET NEW CARPET AND MY THINGS WERE RUINED AND I HAD AN EXPENSIVE LEATHER COUCH, THAT WAS HISTORY...DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO HELP OR EVEN OFFER TO HELP WITH ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING GOT RUINED. NEVER CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS FLOODED, SO THINGS WERE JUST ROTTING ALL DAY, AND THE ACTUAL APARTMENT WAS PUT TOGETHER VERY SHITY. PAINT EVERYWHERE, AND COULD TELL THE WALL PAINT WAS THICK AND FALLING OFF EVERYWHERE..
....LAUNDRY ROOM WAS ALWAYS DISCUSTING AND DIRTY TO THE MAX...YOUR CLOTHES ALWAYS STUNK LIKE DIRTY LAUNDRY SO YOU ONLY USED IF YOU HAD TO!!! WAY OVER CHARGED FOR APPARTMENT, THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAYIN ME TO STAY THERE!!!!!!!!! CABINETS DIDNT EVEN MATCH...UN ORGANIZED STAFF AND POOR MANAGEMENT...NEVER RENT HERE!!!

I lived in these apartments from 2001-2003. Since they change managements I heard they had went downhill fast. It was not the greatest of apartments then but it was the only thing I could find cheap in a half decent neighborhood. I moved back to the country when I found out my daughter would have to go to Delay school on the bad side of town. There was a new middle school just built up from Creekside Elem but she would not be able to go there cause we were not in the district. I am glad I moved out of there I have a place that is far much nicer in the country.

I went to look at these apartments today and automatically got a bad feeling about the place. The lady drove me in the little golf cart to the back and I saw that some people were having their front door replaced and there were also two cop cars. They were questioning people and then drove around the corner... the lady drove the cart around and the police were shining flashlights into the dumpster... I asked her what was going on and she said that a kid had disappeared yesterday... she didn't seem very concerned and thought I would still want to live there... Yeah right!!!
