BIG mistake living here.

Crime and shady people. The gates are broken constantly, you wont feel safe at all.
The Office staff is PSYCHO and NOT helpful with anything.
You get nothing for the money here. The apartments are very standard and cheap inside, ugly countertops, ugly white appliances, ugly colored cabinets, ugly OLD STAINED carpet.
Your electric bill is high because Coserv charges just to look at the meter and membership fees every month. You pay more for water because it is divided between everyone in your building. If your neighbor decides to turn his water on for 2 days, guess who gets to pay for it'
Not many people here have any class or manners(bottom dwellers.) They will tailgate you till you get out of the complex, or almost run you over if you are walking. They also run over the wildlife in the complex.
Don't bother here, it's a bad move.
