It?s sad but these apartments were once a nice place to live. I moved in there in 1990 and aside from the occasional bad neighbor which you can have in ANY apartment complex it was a nice "family style" large apartment. Tiny park for children that could be improved considering the amount of children who reside there, but plenty of grassy areas to play. Back in 1990 and for several years the management were great, but several managment changes have happened and the property was sold. There where a few improvments made when the new company took over, new cabinets, nice solar screens on windows, painted neutral tones outside and that?s about the only GOOD things to happen since the new people took over.


The problems now are too bad to ignore all though the staff does a great job ignoring them. SO MANY ILLEGAL PEOPLE LIVE HERE-one family of 4 may move into a two bedroom apt. and then move 15 other people in with them. Parking is horrible, for one thing when there are 10 or more people in an apartment and 5-8 of them have a car that?s a problem. So many people live in each apartment it?s got to be difficult to keep house well and so here comes the roaches. Sewer problems all the time, one neighbor an elderly handicapped person, had a pipe burst full of sewer filth in thier apartment and outside all around it and it took forever for them to fix and then transfer them to a clean apartment. Sewage is always running in the streets from some where. LOUD obnoxius music that literally shakes and booms your things on your walls. Maintenence that I think has never fixed anything completly. The grounds and shrubs near the office look nice while around to the back and sides of the complex are poorly taken care of. Trash like broken beer bottles, soiled diapers, and various other things can be found in the parking lots and around. Never well lit at night, broken fences from large commercial vehicles backing into it. Car lots being run with half a dozen cars to be sold at a time. Unsupervised kids running wild destroying anything that was in decent shape. Nasty laundry facility- teeny tiny never open pool area. Yes there are drugs being sold-And the complaints could go on and on....Since the apartments are "Bills Paid" you would think they could do something about the amount of people and the TYPE of people that move in-atleast to keep their electricity bill low. All you hear from the management is "It is next to impossible to find out the exact number of people living in each apartment, and we?re working on the other problems." What a load of CRAP! The manager we had before stayed on top of all those goings on, some even thought she was nosey, but she kept the place clean, quality of occupants was more important to her than the QUANTITY of occupants. The complex is in dire need of some serious changes.
At this point I would reccommend that even the stray cats that are overwhelming move and find a nicer, cleaner place to live. Years ago I would?ve said it was a nice place to live, but not anymore.
