I lived here when the other two were submitted. There were issues that needed to be addressed. The issues were addressed. Maintenance is very prompt now. The manager really does care. There has beed no loitering allowed she herself would come out and break it up. We have had virtually no crime in the last six months. Everyone that I have talked to including myself opinin has changed. This is now a safe clean enviroment that we are happy to call home.
