Maintenance response time good. Management has changed 3 times in 2001. USOL is the only cable allowed-a little expensive-ok service. It has become necessary for the management to hire security. My car was broken into 5 times in a one year period of time. Messages have been posted in laundry room regarding other car and apartment break-ins. Double homicide occurred in 2001. Tenants loiter in stairways and parking lot; leave trash on stairs, parking lot and ground; on occasion stare/harass female tenants/visitors.
