Had an issue w/ theft of internet service by a male non-resident house sitter in the spring of 2009. The Property Manager was shown video of a cable tech pointing out the illegally hooked up lines, and given a verbal Police report of admission by the non-resident house sitter. The Property Manager allowed the non resident house sitter to stay past 7 day's, a violation of leasing agreement's. The spring before that, I had to call the Police for a female non-resident house sitter in the same unit after I heard thumps on the wall, and her yelling "get out". Apparently this property allows "extended stay" agreements, nullifying credit and back ground check's.
