Just made changes concerning deposit amount just out of the blue after 3-4 months living there. They said they made a mistake and that they would need us to either give them $100 or agree that our deposit amount was wrong when it wasnt. They LEGALLY can not do this which made me very angry.
Also, they like to turn off the water in the complex without notice, which I found very inconvient.
Another thing, I almost forgot about, I had a flood in my kitchen and called the office to let them know. I know this is considered an emergency and someone should have been there within the next 20 min. at the most. It took them over an hour and 2 phone calls before anyone showed up.
