Actually I've lived here for over 2 years now, and I've enjoyed it. When I've had financial problems, the managers were always willing to work with me. Maintenance hasn't always been the quickest unless it's an emergency such as clogged toilet or a water leak. Every apartment will have a few or more bad people and these apartments have definitely had a few to say the least, probably just poor judgement, but there is a noisy side and a quiet side. I'm on the noisy side, and I don't mind at all.
