the management is great! they have always been willing to work with me when i have any problems either with maintenance or money etc. the water does get turned off occasionally but every time that i have called about it, the reason is that a pipe broke and they have to turn the water off to fix it. in fact, the only times that has ever happened is when it got really cold! sometimes, stuff happens...
the maintenance staff is really great. i've never had to wait more than a day to have something fixed and they are all really nice.
The grounds are beautiful!!! there is so much space to move around and there are tons of tree, bushes and flowers! it is like being in a garden. I love it here!
