Been here for 8 months while selling an out of state home. Both cars have been hit in the parking lot, someone tried to break-in, the kids (MANY) run wild tearing the place up, water is off often. Once we got in, we noticed (14) holes that have been "repaired", noisey latino parties in the parking lots, apartments.

We're getting out of here asap.
