Do not rent from these apartments. I have been here for over a year, and foolishly signed another lease. With the exception of the some of the leasing agents, this place is just awful.
The Apartment Manger cares nothing for the tenants and is only after your money. In the time I have lived here they have continually gotten rid of amenities and passed the cost onto the tenants. They also make you pay for their economical cable plan, even if you have a Even if you have a pre-existing cable or Satellite provider. Living here you will pay water, trash gas and cable .The place has also become unsafe for children with the type of people they are letting in. I this truly one step above low-rent apartments. Only they charge a premium price. The maintenance men are terrible and take every short cut to finish a job only for you to have to call them back to do the same reaper again. There are gaps in almost every door and window due to foundation problems lead me to have upwards of $200 electric bills in a 756 sq. ft apt.

I have been here for a little over a year, and I am completely satisfied with them. I live in a 2 bd 2 ba, on the 2nd floor and it's almost 1,000 sq ft., and my electric bill has never been over $110!!!! So I am not sure what apts you are referring to, but these are just great. I will be signing another lease!!! And why did you even sign another lease if you are so unhappy here???!!!!

I wouldn't go quite so far as to rate them horrible. The staff is nice enough, though the management is impersonable. The grounds are well kept, but the water bills might be a lot cheaper if they would practice common sense with their automatic sprinkler system. Good gravy, they had it going off in the middle of a RAIN STORM! I live on the first floor and my electric bills were over $200 each month until I switched from using regular light bulbs to using the more expensive but economically friendly fluorescent bulbs. Now they are close to $150 a month, which is still high but affordable. I won't be signing a new lease, partly because I want into a different school for my son and partly because I don't appreciate being told I would have to pay twice my monthly rent in order to continue on a month-to-month basis.

I don't know if I would call this place horrible either...but it is definetly not up to par. I have been here for about months, and being that I pay less than $700, I don't object to that. But I will say, the noise has got to stop. The other night, I woke up to my downstairs neighbors fighting, threatning to stab each other. Then, the cops showed up!! They started charging for gas...who charges for gas?? I might as well go live in a house if I want to pay for gas!! Ughh!! On the other hand, I do feel very safe, and I have not had any problems with the office people or maintanence. The major thing is the noise!!! I moved to the back of the apts, cuz it was quiet at first, then they started cutting trees down, and my neighbors got even more noisy!!

Sucks sucks it so sucks to live here. They have given the whole enormous property a face lift; but haven't really fixed any real structural problems like roofs that continually leak; holes that enable rats to come inside during cold weather; and a staff which leaves the voice mail on too many times to be tolerated. If you don't mind paying almost $30 for water; and now an arbitrary higher "gas" bill; (which I haven't seen at many apartment communities) and an even more arbitrary cable bill for extended cable service at the polite or impolite fee (which is added to your monthly lease WITH your water, your gas, your W/D (if you're leasing) it's an extra $35 bucks WHETHER YOU WANT IT OR NOT. Don't call them if your roof leaks; they'll only patch it up and it will leak somewhere else. And theres a bug problem that's coming from the trees getting in from the rotten roofs. They're winged creatures that feed upon flesh at night. Nice when they ruin new pillow top mattresses. Good luck being a happy Camden resident.

I think this place is a festering hole for drug users and nasty people.
