I've been here for almost two years, and havent had a problem. Management is great and so are the leasing girls. I dont see why people complain about the bugs. For one i dont have bugs and the way i see it is that the reason most residents have bugs is because one their NOT CLEAN. Maintance is really nice and they ALL live on property. The landscaping is beautiful.These apartments are old, but there still in good hands. I couldnt be any more HAPPIER with my decision.

WOW!!! Let me guess, you work in the office?? How did I know?!?! First of all, I am probably one of the few residents here that are clean!!! My apt is infested with ants, and spiders. I also had a neighbor ask me if I had bugs, and I told her just ants...and she stated that she actually had bugs! I can't be too dirty, cuz i have never seen 1 roach in or around my apt. (which is a very good thing) And when i told maintenance I had these huge ants on steroids, he didn't tell me I was dirty, he said, "Unfortunatly, we can't do anything about that, it's just that time of season!" So, how do you know ALL of maintenance lives on property...oh yeah, it's cuz you work here!! So you're telling me that i have ants on the shelf in my 1 yr old sons closet, because my house in dirty...NO, it's because these apts are so old, they are infested with ants and spiders. And i've seen spiders outside my apt too...so it must be the property thats not clean!! As far as the landscaping being beautiful...come on now. The only thing that makes these apts look nice is the new townhomes and houses across the street, and the really nice apts in the back. And the grounds suck!! The parking lot was falling apart, literally!! They had holes so deep, I couldnt even drive over, cuz my tire would actually get stuck in it!!! So which part are you referring to being beautiful??...Maybe the front office, where you work??

HAHAHA for one no i dont work in the office. i dont have to work in the office to like the apartments.i noe maintance lives on property cuss i asked the leasing girl in the office when i moved in. you know these things when you ask. i don noe these apartment are old. Well it must suck for you...cuss like i said i LOVE here.

omg, ive never in my life lived in an apartment complex so infested. and first of all, for the person who said bugs are around because people are dirty, youre obviously an igorant retardo who has no idea that it has nothing to do with how dirty or neat you are. Ask any insect killing company. They do say its the time of season or....there must be an apartment around here that has insects too. I bleach my apartment everyday and leave it spotless, so I KNOW its not me. I lived the same in my old apartments and never had one roach. I have a six month old and Ive been finding roaches in his room every night. its ridiculous. but, i guess thats the price you pay when you rent a "cheap" apartment because it ends up truly being your money's worth. I have no problem with staff but, when i address the roach issue they simply brush me off and say, we'll send someone to spray poison. Ive even been told to buy the roach killer myself because the pest control people's stuff doesnt work. wow, now thats bad. I would stronly urge for anyone considering to move in here NOT TO, unless they want to bunk with lots of bugs. I guess Im fortunate compared to the other ppl who live here, because i just read they have spiders and super ants, I cant imagine having spiders, ide have a freak out.
