My boyfriend and I just moved into this apartment complex. So far so good. I will admit that the building is old. I swear the cabinents look like something from the apartments I've seen on old 1970's movies. Other than that the place is decent for what you pay for. However at the current moment I have about three major problems with the place. 1) The front door will not close without a series of tricks. It's like you have to twist the key in the lock while you twist the door handle at the same time. Then once its locked you have to pull it closed in order for the door to be officially locked. Then when you are trying to close the door from the inside you have to heave your shoulder into the door while you twist the lock to get it to stay closed. The sad part is even the maintenance man knows the trick. I find this out whenI could not get the door open at all one afternoon. 2) While running the heat it will blow cool air. I don't know why but I plan on talking to someone about that. 3)Someone's kitchen must be on my bathroom wall because everytime they cook I can smell it. Food doesn't quite smell the same when its coming through walls. The smell almost makes me nauseous. Overall I think its a decent place to live for someone who is getting their first apartment. Its right by everything in Lewisville. It's quaint and thus far no noisy neighbors.

Addendum to my review: So I am still ok with the apartment, however I know that there are better apartment complexes out there. Still have to do the door trick, it's easier now but that's still ridiculous. The toilet used to run all the time, to the point where I kept getting mysterious notes that said "stop running your water all the time." The bathroom door won't close because it is off the hinge. Pot holes in the parking lot. Can't park anywhere when it's late at night. When I could get in the pool I was completely scared because I could not see the bottom of the pool because the water was so dirty. I'm ready to move because I've been to apartments for the same price that are a lot nicer.
