These apartments have went down hill since I have moved in. There are always police there, fights, broken bottles, trash, people out drinking and causing havoc. The managment is worthless. They don't get anything taken care of. My ceiling in my bathroom is peeling, the ceiling in my bedroom has already fallen through and had to be replaced. The water is always running and never shuts off therefore, your water bill is automatically high. The carpet is filthy under neath so when you live there for a week, the stains from previous tennants start to show through and the managemnt will charge you for it after they charged the last tennant as well. This is a shady place to live and that isn't meant shady as in trees.

to begin: saw my neighbor at the pool last 4th July weekend and she said somebody pooped at the pool-GROSS! they told people to get out! hmmm...but how many times people would call or admit to this? YOU could be swimming in there all along in any hot summer day and its poopy waters! 2nd- trash everywhere/dumpster is FULL and overflowing everytime, Loud neighbors at night/wkends, forget getting some sleep as you can hear thru the walls, and it doesnt really help if you have disrespectful loud neighbors who have no courtesy at all. Plus calling the Cops wont help- theyre probably Sick and Tired of all this calls theyre getting from this apartments, i dont blame them. Saw some SWAT TEAM action the 1st Yr- You dont need to know why.....more>> People screaming everywhere, firecrackers going off, sounded like Guns on Xmas Day! Owners not picking up after theyre Dogs poop(You can just smell or sometimes step on it if your not looking when walking to get mail) and some tenants have pitbulls!.. . and i dont want to begin on the roach/dishwasher not working/water leaking(more$$bills) and All of the above interior issues. People,save your your money and future massive headaches. Believe Me its not worth it.

Hey at least if your water is always running, that means you HAVE water. When I lived there, they were always shutting it off with no warning. That was big fun when you were trying to get ready for work in the morning.
