From day one we have had issues with just about everyone and everything! First we have a crazy man that lives across the hall from us that we where never told about! He taps at our door all the time and it scares me when I told the apt. office staff they told me that is was best if I just stay away form him! Then we had some people vomit outside of our door it was there for 2 days before I went to the office to have someone come out and clean it up. I was told that if it bothers you that much you should clean it up yourself! well I was not going to do this so the vomit sat there for a week before someone from the apt. came and cleaned it up. And because it sat there so long you can still see where it was! Then because the crazy man across the hall was always in the laundry room when I was we rented a washer and dryer. The dryer never worked and it took 2 weeks before it was replaced. When they did replace it the washer that they gave us did not work! The apt. office did send someone out to fix it the man did not speak a word of English! After all of this we still have problems. We had fire ants in one of our bedrooms. The apt. office told us that they world send someone out to take care of the fire ants. Well that did not happen until our 2 year old got bit by one!!!! And if that is not enough we had our chair taken right off our patio!
As for the apt. complex its self the care is so bad! There is always trash everywhere, the pool is nasty, (one time there was even vomit in the hot tub) the people in the office are useless and never do anything to help! The cops are always here!!! Yesterday there was a police stand off here in the apt.!!!!!!!!!! I have even sent a survey to the owners and still noting has been said to us about anything .
