I've lived in this complex for 4 years, but am currently searching for a new apartment because my utility bills have skyrocketed over the past 6 months. My water bill is 60 per month up from 20 per month because there were major leaks in the parking lot for a number of months without much action from management. The air conditioners are so old that twice in my time here the fans have rusted and broken off during use. This causes my electric bill to be 170 per month, equal to a 3 bedroom house. I've had my bike stolen and my car broken into in the past 8 months. The water heater upstairs broke and leaked all in our apartment probably because it was old and rusted. The neighborhood has a much lower class of clientel than when I originally moved in 4 years ago. I think a better choice would be the camden apartments off denton tap or other apartments in the area. I will also not lease apartments which are old any longer, and I suggest that you do the same.
